Below, you'll find all the details you need about our shipping process, delivery times, and everything in between.
Processing Times
All orders at Style Syndicate are processed within 1=2 business days after we receive your order. This means each product is made just for you once you place your order, which helps us reduce waste and ensure high-quality, one-of-a-kind apparel.
- Order Processing: All orders typically take 2 business days to process. During this time, our team will print, pack, and prepare your items for shipment.
- Order Production: Since each piece of clothing is made to order, production times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the design and order volume. While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that high-demand seasons (like holidays or sales events) may lead to slight delays.
Shipping Rates and Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs and budget. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on your location and the weight of your order. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect:

Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery. This is our most affordable option, perfect if you're not in a rush.
- Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer an Expedited Shipping option, which typically delivers in 2-4 business days.
- Priority Shipping: If you need your items even quicker, you can opt for Priority Shipping with delivery typically within 1-2 business days.

International Shipping:
- We proudly ship globally to customers around the world! Shipping times and rates will vary depending on your location.
- International orders typically take 7-21 business days to arrive, though customs processing can occasionally add delays. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow your package from our facility directly to your door. Tracking updates are available through the carrier’s website, and you can check the status of your order at any time.
Note: Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the information to update in the carrier's system. In rare cases, there may be a slight delay in tracking updates.
Order Delivery
Once your order leaves our facility, the delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the shipping address. For domestic orders, once the package is in the carrier's hands, it usually takes no longer than the estimated delivery time stated above. International shipments, however, may take longer depending on the local postal system, customs clearance, and any holidays in your country.
If you're located in a major city or a large metropolitan area, delivery times tend to be faster. In contrast, rural areas may experience slightly longer shipping times.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we'll do our best to make any necessary changes before your order ships.
Important: We cannot make changes to the shipping address once the package has been dispatched.
Customs and Duties (International Orders)
For our international customers, please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are imposed by the destination country and vary depending on the laws of your country. We are unable to estimate these charges at the time of purchase, but you can contact your local customs office for more information.
Style Syndicate is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or customs fees.
Missing or Damaged Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, occasionally items may be lost or damaged in transit. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time or is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to our customer service team.
For missing packages: If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local postal service or neighbors. Sometimes packages are marked as "delivered" before they are physically handed over. If you still can't locate it, please let us know, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
For damaged packages: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with pictures of the damage, and we will assist you in processing a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations and Modifications
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away, so cancellations or modifications cannot always be guaranteed. However, if you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel or modify it.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customized or personalized items unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.
For non-customized items, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.
Environmental Responsibility
At Style Syndicate, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact. That’s why we partner with a print-on-demand fulfillment service that prints and ships your order only when it’s placed. This helps minimize overproduction and waste. Additionally, we use eco-friendly inks and packaging whenever possible to ensure that we’re doing our part to protect the planet.
